Translating User Interface

The SaveToDB and DBEdit products load UI localization strings from language text files.

It's about 1000 lines for SaveToDB and 300 lines for DBEdit.

The DBGate and ODataDB products load localization strings from the odatadb-languages.min.js file.

It's about 30 lines per language. You can add the language to odatadb-languages.js and minimize it.
